Green doesn’t always have to cost more. In fact, in many ways green saves you money. However, it’s always good to be a smart shopper so check out the following resources for green savings every day.

Mambo Sprouts – sign up for free coupon books for tons of green products you’ll actually use, as in organic groceries and body care products. Mambo also offers free green tips and healthy living ideas.
Ecobunga! Eco-minded savings – Ecobunga! is a new site I recently came across, and it’s super slick. It lists updated green coupons, deals, sales, and even awesome green giveaways. Free green is the best!
SwapTree – Get new gear without spending a dime. SwapTree allows you to trade in your own gear (books, movies, music and more) in exchange for another person’s goods. This site offers a double whammy of green in that you’re not tossing your stuff into the trash, and you’re helping someone else to recycle their goods as well.
Hulu – you may of heard of Hulu, but are you thinking about it in a green way? Hulu offers television shows and movies on your own computer which saves you gas to the video store, resources on the actual dvds, and if you’re super savvy, you could use this service in exchange for buying another TV.
Weatherization Assistance Programs – Not everyone qualifies for their local energy assistance programs but if you do your local utility company will help you get weatherized for free which will save you money during the whole year. In reality, programs like these earn you cash for going green and keeps your family more comfortable to boot.
