So okay. You think that’s pretty silly. No I am not talking about noise pollution and all that. I am talking about a recent development which told of how CDs and their cases are quite difficult to recycle.

Now that is not just some piece of rumor. See, the information was sent out by the US EPA. The agency did disclose that such is because these CDs and DVDs and their cases are actually created using various materials which have been mixed. These materials include aluminum, silver, nickel, and gold as well as plastic, dye and lacquer. So there. Combine all of that together and you get a really difficult product to recycle.

When these are not recycled, they can actually be sent by most folks to the trash bins and when that happens, the materials would then start polluting our water underground. Now that would not be a really good situation to be in.

So for now, we all ought to think of ways on how to help recycle these CDs.
